Youth Support Aide
Are you mission-minded and enjoy caring for young people in Arizona's foster care system? Our Youth Support Aides are flexible, self-directed, and independent problem solvers. They assist the House Supervisor in meeting the material, physical, spiritual, emotional, and disciplinary needs of each child in the home.
House Supervisor
Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable youth and leading a dedicated team? Our House Supervisors oversee the daily operations of FFYH and Gigi’s Cottage, ensuring the highest quality of care for each child. As a leader, you’ll directly manage staff, foster a nurturing environment, and collaborate with volunteers and service providers to meet the holistic needs of the girls in our care. With a focus on growth and positive change, the House Supervisor empowers both team members and the children we serve.
